I just wanted to take the opportunity to remind you to check out my eBook Walking on Air. If you or anyone you know suffer from bunion pain, please get this book! It is very helpful and will show you how to get rid of the pain without surgery. In my opinion, surgery is your very last solution to the problem, since it’s not guaranteed to help and in some cases it will only make the problem worse. So please, check it out!
Ok, so that’s just a quick reminder of the book…

But also, if you have joint pain, it is a good idea to look over your diet. A lot of times joint pain can come from eating the wrong things. Foods to avoid are wheat and sugar. Try to add more avocado, salmon, walnuts, papaya, pineapple, spinach, blueberries, turmeric, ginger and garlic. These foods have all been proven to fight inflammation and boost your immune system.
I think it’s a good idea to start with your diet and reading the eBook Walking on Air, and then go from there.
Have a wonderful thursday!
We’re actually in the middle of September already!
I love fall season, but typically here in L.A it’s about 100F, and I can’t help but get a little homesick. I miss the swedish nature, walks in the forest, meditating by the ocean with a cool breeze in your face, cleaning up the yard and packing in the summer furniture into the storage room, baking and filling up the house with lovely autumn smells like apple pie…
There’s just something about fall that gives me that lovely feeling of freedom. Maybe because all your crazy imaginary “have to’s” about summer disappear and your life goes back to the same ol’ grind… I don’t know. But it feels gooood!

Omg, I’m so excited! I’ve finally finished my book, and wow, it was a lot harder than I thought… Even though the topic is so familiar to me and I know it very well, just putting it out there in words and pictures was so much tougher than I could ever have imagined. But also, WOW!!!, what an amazing feeling when you’re done!
The book, which is called “Walking on air” will be up on Amazon.com">Amazon.com shortly, teaches you how to get rid of the pain in your feet if you’re suffering from Hallux Valgus (Bunion) problems, without surgery. I have been a non surgical podiatrist for 9 years, and I have seen the results of both surgical treatments and the non surgical ones, needless to say, most of the time I’ve seen better results with alternative treatments. Even statistics prove that less than 50% of Hallux Valgus surgeries turn out for the better… Plus, the recovery time after surgery is very long, usually at least 6 weeks on crutches and then some more time to rebuild muscle mass that’s been lost due to inactivity. So… Walking on air… Coming sooooon!!!
Lately I’ve been working on my book about how to treat Hallux Valgus (Bunions) without surgery. When I lived in Sweden, I had my own podiatry business for almost 8 years, where I’ve helped a lot of people with different foot problems without surgery. I am still very interested in helping people get rid of the pain in their feet even though I don’t have a clinic here in Los Angeles. And writing an e-book is just one way of getting my knowledge out there. Stay tuned for more info to come…
So, if you know a friend or family member who struggles with pain from their bunions, keep them in mind when my e-book comes out!
